(1) A linear sensor with an inner resolver built into an SUS sensor case.

(2) The target rod (copper & steel ring) in the built-in sensor is completely covered with an SUS pipe.

(3) Uses a hermetic structure at the base of the lead-out cable. The partition wall is provided with a hermetic seal (airtight terminal) to exclude external air.

Water-cooled Inner Resolver
Features
Can be used for length measurement under high temperature.
Incorporating a thermocouple in addition to the water-cooling structure allows temperature changes to be checked during use.
The built-in sensor is “Resolution: 1 μm” and can record position information with high accuracy.
Combining with a built-in converter (RCQ) for the Mitsubishi Electric PLC MELSEC-Q series makes for a compact detection device.

- The extension cable is a dedicated cable, but for two-phase (standard sensor),
a universal instrumentation cable (JKPEV-S) can also be used.
However, it cannot be used for 3-phase (high-accuracy sensor).

- There is a limit to the extendable length of the cable, depending on the cable type and the sensor and converter used.
